ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ
В опытах на крысах с моделью хронического фиброзирующего повреждения печени показано, что трансплантация клеток донорской печени, приготовленных как в виде суспензии, так и клеточно-инженерных конструкций, способствует ускоренной нормализации показателей функции печени по сравнению с группой контроля (опыты без применения клеток донорской печени). Однако темп дефиброзирования ткани поврежденной печени реципиента при использовании одинакового числа клеток печени в суспензии и биомодулях был более выражен и ускорен в опытах с использованием биомодулей, что обусловлено созданием в этих конструкциях биологически адекватных условий для пролонгированной жизнедеятельности клеток, включенных в их структуру — клеток печени и ММСК КМ.
